The shell feels sorta flimsy to me. It doesn’t really give me the impression that it’ll hold up well over time.

"Helps a Bit, But Still Tight"
The zip expansion does help some, I’ll say that. But after I packed everything in, it still felt tight, the space. Not bad, just not as roomy as I was kind of hoping...

"I’ve had enough hassle with suitcase…"
I’ve had enough hassle with suitcase locks in the past, so I expected this Tripp case lock to be another thing that would wind me up. But to be fair, it’s really easy to set and clicks shut properly. I was worried it might feel flimsy, because that’s usually my luck with these things, but it actually feels solid. I’ve used it on two trips now and haven’t had any problems. It’s simple, tidy, and at least I don’t have to deal with carrying a separate padlock around anymore.

"Ordering Took More Effort Than It Should Have"
I had a hard time finding the bag sizes I needed, and checkout kept lagging on me. I did end up placing the order, but it felt like extra work for something that should’ve been simple. The site definitely needs some fixing...

"Held up really well after two flights"
I’ve used my Tripp case on two flights now and it’s held up really well. It got dragged over pavements and knocked around a bit at the airport, but there are only a couple of tiny marks on it. It’s not completely scuff-proof, but it’s definitely better than my last suitcase. I’d give it 5 stars if the corners stayed a little cleaner.

"Warranty claim took longer than expected"
I had to chase them a couple of times about my warranty claim, which was frustrating. I felt a bit misled because I thought the process would be more straightforward than it ended up being. To be fair, they did sort it out eventually, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, just slower and more hassle than I expected.

I had a problem with the lock on my suitcase i remember that sinking feeling thinking it was going to turn into a long, annoying hassle. "Easy order and quick delivery"

"Good choice of cabin cases"
I was looking at a few cabin cases and most of them were in stock, which was really handy. I did want one colour at first, actually, the colour I originally had in mind wasn’t available, so I just picked another one. Not a big deal though, and the delivery info was clear enough. I’d use them again

My order took way longer to arrive than I expected. I thought about contacting customer service, but I don’t really trust them to give a straight answer or actually fix anything, so I just waited it out. Frustrating experience overall.

"Good little cabin case for Ryanair"
I bought this cabin case for a Ryanair trip and it fits in the size checker fine, so that was a relief. The wheels was okay as well and it moved around easy enough. I’m taking one star off though because the handle feel a bit flimsy, like it might not last forever. Overall, it done the job for the price.

"Decent case, but durability is kinda meh"
Bought a medium Tripp case and it’s been alright for a few trips tbh. The wheels still roll fine, which is good, but the handle feels a bit wobbly now and the corners got scuffed way quicker than I expected. It’s not terrible and it does the job, but idk if it’d hold up to loads of travel. Overall, average for durability

"Easy to move around, even when packed"
I bought a Tripp suitcase for a short trip my first feeling was that it was going to be easy to travel with, and it was. Even when it was full, it moved around really smoothly, especially through the station and airport. The wheels rolled nicely and didn’t feel like they were fighting me. The handle did feel a little wobbly now and then, which made me pause at first, but it didn’t ruin the experience. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Great at the airport, less great on rough streets"
I actually really like this suitcase overall. The wheels glide smoothly on airport floors and they’re not annoyingly loud, which I appreciated. My only struggle was when I had to take it over some rough pavement, but that was partly just bad timing on my end because I ended up dragging it around during a rushed walk outside. It handled it okay, just not as smoothly as indoors. Still happy with it.

"Cracked case and slow support"
The case arrived with a crack in it, which was disappointing. I don’t think I’m being fussy here, I just expect something new to turn up in decent condition. Getting it sorted took way longer than it should have, and the support replies weren’t especially helpful. Overall, not the experience I’d hoped for.

Am I the only one who thinks the ordering process felt a bit badly organised? The order turned out fine in the end, but the updates were slow and I had to chase them once to find out what was going on. The bag itself is okay, so I’d say 3 stars feels fair...

"Once I paid for it and…"
Once I paid for it and actually got it in my hands, I felt a bit ripped off. It feels cheap, and the stitching started coming loose way sooner than I expected. Definitely made me question the quality after the fact.
